NO GOOD
I recently visited Park Road Dental Surgery as a private patient and have to say I was very impressed with the service. The receptionist was very helpful and professional when I booked my appointment and the dentist was very caring and really put me at my ease. I didnt think going to the dentist could be a fun experience! I cant recommend them enough.
The only reason the above surgery has received one star is in order to leave a review.I strongly advise any person seeking private dental or emergency dental treatment not to use this surgery.I attended this surgery after breaking a tooth during the Christmas period in severe pain.On arrival I was shocked to how worn the premises were and the idea of dealing with steep stairs after dental surgery.Having paid a deposit to gain a appointment, I attended and completed a lengthy registration. The dentist called me through and no dental nurse was present which is possible but doubtful due to governing laws and risk. The dentist looked in my mouth and confirmed a broken and cracked tooth, and that was the entirety of the examination. Remember I have and willing to pay for priority treatment the dentist then begins a referral to Kettering General hospital for further dentistry and the appointment concluded . I then paid a further 40 which in total is 70 for a referral a GP or hospital can do and a conclusion that about my tooth I had reached prior the appointment. Upon leaving I made a further appointment with another dentist which cost 25 with x Ray and was put out of pain within the hour.Competency and morals are at question here!
