Lovely people, I explained I was very nervous and the staff put me at ease, I had an extraction and it was the most painless experience ever. I would recommend without hesitation and I will be having regular checkups from here on in. No more dental phobia, may still be a wee bit nervous but not afraid now.
Good reception service, but the dentist seemed much more interested in how busy he was and telling me the practice had 40,000 patients. I paid a 30 fee When I booked this was just to have a look, I was then offered either a temporary filling for a further 60 or a permanent filling for a further 300. Seems a very money focused practice with very little patient care or interest in providing a clinical service.
At 30yo I have decided to have braces to close a gap in my front two teeth. It has only taken about 6 months for me and the practice has been very professional from the start. They let me pay monthly interest free making it an even easier choice. I had to have a small operation on my frenum (the area above the top two teeth, gum line) it was very quick and I have experienced very little pain. Highly Recommended.
Excellent treatment as always. Surgery is well decorated with a calming atmosphere. However, reception was very busy and I had to queue when paying for my check up. This is unusual and was caused by me having a later appointment than usual and hitting the school rush.
appointment with the hygienist for scaling, although I have never had this procedure before, hygienist explained each step making me feel more comfortable with the procedure. Overall I am pleased with this dentist and the dental care I receive.
