Can never get a answer and when you do they just cut the line off

Very disappointed my appointment was for 11.45 arrived 11.38 . I was the first to be seen . Waited till 11.55. The dentist came out and called in a patient whos appointment was after me . I was told he was here first. This is not the first time . If i was nhs no probs but i have to pay. Time for a new dentist .
I emailed a series of questions and got a response 2 days later which didn't even cover one of my questions. Too busy telling me they don't accept NHS patients (which I didn't ask about; I always pay for dental treatment).If they can't even bother to read and respond to an email, I hold out little hope that their dental staff will listen to you and provide good care.Avoid.
Please can we have more people like Ms.Adriana? Superb service! The best dentist I've ever been to. This is what I do respect and love at the same time... Perfection, made by Ms. Adriana. Thank you for saving my time and my dental health. I just want to stay with you forever :) they should pay double for your service Ms.Adriana. Don't want fake "dentists" anymore !
