I do not recommend this practice to anyone, staff attitude stinks and they make up their own rules. Awful not helpful at all.
!!!!DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!Absolutely shocking service.... called regarding annual vacinnations, told i have 14 days to have the booster under vacs4life turned up and told that I had to pay more money to keep my dog up to date because they gave me the wrong information, I spoke with the Wellingborough store(own by the same people) and have given me the same misleading information... I would avoid this practice and the Wellingborough practice at all costsUpdate, advised to take my complaint to the customer service team and on doing so the owners of the practice send me letter banning me from the store threatening to call the police if I attend.I'm dumbfounded that this is the type of veterinary practice pets at home endorse and allow to trade under their name...FOR YOUR PETS SAFETY AND HEALTH PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER BRANCH WHERE YOUR PET WILL BE CARED FOR!!!!

A good place for a lot of choice, especially if your pet has specialised needs. Good selection of pet fish, and will check to make sure your aquarium is suitable for the fish you choose. Nice friendly staff too
Good vets at relatively good prices. Have always treated my pets well. Only issue is the waiting time to be seen. They sometimes run 30 mins late.
