Fantastic, ethical, trustworthy compassionate vets - highly recommend. We have been with Swanspool for around 15 years and they are genuinely concerned for welfare of the animals they treat. Many of the staff have been within the practice many, many years, the continuity of seeing the same vet each time with ongoing issues is so helpful. They do not over-medicate or over-treat or over charge . So refeshing to find people who care more about animal welfare than making money. Appointments are never rushed either. They take excellent of of our beloved dogs - very kind, attentive and professional.
Superb practice. Our little rabbit was very poorly. John did everything he could to explain the problem and options available. Regrettably he didn't make it, but we were sure they did everything they could with great empathy and care. The goodwill gesture on the final bill was really appreciated - as was the condolences card received in the post a few days later.
