I dropped into shirefit while away with work only went twice in a week but they were all absolutely lovely.. Brilliant atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming i didn't feel like an outsider once.. Keep it up guys you're awesome!
I've tried lots of other Crossfit boxes and this one is hands down the best I've ever been to. Really passionate, knowledgeable coaches, a friendly atmosphere, good equipment and lovely coffee. Can't recommend highly enough

Excellent place. Staff were awesome and very welcoming to me and my children. Stayed for one of their teen sessions and my boys thoroughly enjoyed it.
If you're looking for a gym that you're a) never going to get bored of b) have one to one coaching c) going to train in a friendly atmosphere with great people, this is the place to come. Been here for almost a year and can honestly say it's the best fitness regime I've ever done. Check it out for yourself. All top notch coaches and it's constantly varied. 10/10
