Wonderfully friendly, clean, wide range of activitys on offer.
Gave up my membership due to not being able to have a decent swim, tried early morning and evenings but still so many people in the pool and getting kicked so many times even though I've been following the arrows correctly people are just thrashing around with no regard for other swimmers and some not even swimming and just using it as a bathing pool and others to wash their sweat off when coming out of the sauna and steam room, such a shame as a really nice gym.
Good gym facilities. The staff aren't very friendly and the reception isn't very well run with the manager rarely greeting the guests. Some customer service training might help to create a friendly atmosphere? The equipment is dusty as is the floor and off-peak the gym staff hide when there are clearly jobs they could be doing, such as cleaning and present the place better.Good club, poorly managed through "mate" management rather than direction and support. Aka the staff do what they want, which is very little.
Still learning about this place, so far so good. Clean, organised and helpful. Classes are good, although its odd going for your first time as you don't know anyone,but with time people chat. Pool area is always clean, there's always a cleaner around somewhere too. Improvement maybe needed in the shower areas if I had to give one thing. But I'd say its a lovely place and recommend it to others for sure.
I have MS and my gym routine is having to adapt to whats happening to me.I have never seen a gym so well run in my life!I've been help by so many knowledgeable people, in different areas. Feel so much better and stronger then beforeTop staff in a top gym.
