Amazingly good value. I got a much bigger van than I had booked. I was collected on time and dropped off home, so really easy. Very nice and spotless van.I'm pretty sure that this all worked out cheaper than if I used one of my vehicles.
Reliable car rental establishment. They will collect you and drop you off. Good rates too and polite staff.
Great service for me! All paperwork done by my insurance company as my own car was in after a minor accident. Frankly, car hire was the easiest thing I had to deal with over those first couple of hassle-full days.Picked up from home by one of the Enterprise staff and taken to Wellingborough office, where I collected a Hyundai i10, which was what the insurer's would pay for. Offered better cars but I thought the little car would be more fun. It was!!! No issues and straightforward on formalities.Got the car back to them on time. Good service again, usual return formalities and two of their staff dropped me back near home and went on to another collection. All very relaxed and pleasant and chatty on both journeys to and from. I'd use them again locally even though I'm on AVIS Preferred. Thanks guys!!! Great job!!

Dropped off to hire a car as it had been confirmed last night. Arrive to be told there isn't enough linkage between my address and me. I am residing here whilst I stay in England. The address is even written on my driving licence as its my father's address and where I grew up. How are you supposed to hire a car if you are coming from overseas. It's says nothing about tourists not being allowed to hire and I was born here. Very unhelpful patronising and condescending service. Really gave no options to help me and have now left me stranded. Thanks for nothing. Useless
