Disgusting serviceI went to autowerks because they are supposed to be specialists and have a trained audi technician. before i even arrived at the garage one of the directors john (who has no knowalage about cars) already had a attitude with me, when i got there i was sat for over 2 hours to be told to leave the vehicle with them witch is fine. they called me a hour later at 2pm and john said we do not have anytime today to look what the issue is after being told they had space and to bring the car in. they had my car for two days and replaced a belt on my alternator and charged me 155 for the pleasure and i still have electrical fault that they did not even attempt to look at and they asked me to bring the car back. customer service is very very poor john hung up on me sevral times they are cowboys and just throw a high price at you and expect you to pay it or you wont get your car back. i also arranged someone to pick the car up and yet again johns was rude to them aswell. i would never go back and i would NEVER recommend this company!!
I have been taking my cars to Autowerks for many years and always received service of the highest standards. Their mechanics are not only very competent in caring for my Audi and Mercedes but they also did a fantastic job of restoring my 50 year old hand-built car. My daughter's VW Beetle was involved in an accident last year and Autowerks were able to repair it for half the price quoted by other garages.
They kept our car for 1 month and did nothing. They left the pieces out , in the car. Inside the car was oil, very dirty. We pay 144 for nothing. Half star for them
Always use these guys, well priced and very friendly. Not rip off merchants like many others.
Absolutely fantastic service from all at Autowerks 2010 - again. I had been quoted 1400 by a well know car repair chain. Autowerks did it for 350. They picked it up for me and did it in 3 days whereas the other car repairers said it would take 2 weeks for the part to be ordered and work done. Great work and thanks very much to everyone there. I will be back but hopefully not too soon!!
