Fantastic service cant fault them on anything no pushy salesman, answered all the questions I had , after sale was asked how things was the one problem I did have was sorted would recommend this garage
Firstly, the sale of the car was a nice experience. HOWEVER, having paid top dollar for my AUDI TT last year given age/ mileage, with there being absolutely no budge in the price, I've had nothing but problems with it since. Worst still, my car broke down 10 days after purchase due to an EGR issue. They picked up the car, checked it out and supposedly replaced the value (though I saw no evidence of this), which was quite a smooth process - downside, I had really crappy car for a week and also they shadily added a number of miles to my car. In fact, they actually drove my car 50 miles back to my location, rather than using the pickup they collected the car in, without advising me adding extra miles and using fuel which I thought was very cheeky!!Anyway, having been told the valve was replaced only a few months later I had further EGR related issues due to a faulty valve (wasn't it replaced? Interesting...) and got no support for this despite ringing several times. And this isn't even the only issue I've noticed with the car!! Overall, this doesn't give me much confidence buying there again, and can't and won't be recommending this dealer. Unfortunately I only got the basic cover, however for money spent I would have expected the car to be sound mechanically and to have been given the support for a quite blatant underlying issue that wasn't fixed whilst under warranty. POOR.

Whilst looking around the indoor showroom I wasn't pestered by sale hungry salesman. Clive dealt with my purchase of a used Ford Focus and nothing was to much trouble for him excellent service. Would recommend Active Automotive if you're thinking of buying a used car.
Really nice, lovely, helpful, professional guys. Cars are excellent condition for good money. Next car will be from this place too.
