Love coming in to have my nails done. Always friendly atmosphere, good conversation and professional attitude. My nails always look amazing. My Wedding nails were just superb .

Had my nails done for my holiday yesterday. They are amazing, Nicki looked at a photo I provided and made them even better!! A great salon with lovely staff, would definitely recommend!
Had my nails done and Nicky is rude. She also spoke about other customers and some of it was personal. She also spoke about customers after they had left the salon. She was rude about them. Thats no way to treat paying customers. It made me wonder what she said about me when I left the salon. She swears, she used the c word and I was shocked. I dont expect this in a professional environment. I wont be returning.I came in before Nicky was in hospital so a while ago.I have left one other review because of someone trying to fix a job on my nails and ruining it. The review is not word for word? I am entitled to make a review based on my appointment with you. Dont try to make out my review is fake because you dont like what I have said. It is not fake at all. How would I know your names and that you have been in hospital Nicky? Also, how would I know you swear if I have never been in your salon? Youve just admitted your use of bad language. I do not believe your apology when you told me you, Dont give a f*** what people think. You also told me you were a working class salon and fing proud to be one in your own words. I have only had one appointment with you and will never be returning. I also asked my new nail technician who has had an appointment with you before and she said it was disgusting the way you spoke. She was shocked you used the c word and she said she felt like your salon was just a conveyor belt. You always looked at the clock and moaned, even though you took ages to do my nails and swapped me over and around with the other nail lady. Thats not my fault it took so long. I felt like you were just rushing me along. No I dont wish to contact you, nor do I wish to discuss it further. You cant do anything more now. Like I said, Im not going in to have you talk about me when I leave. I have sat and watched you both talk about people walking around outside. I have sat and watched you talk about a lady that came in for her nails and she wasnt a regular and you discussed her. I sat and listened to you moan because someone wouldnt pay you in cash even though you asked them to, because you now dont want people to pay on card for whatever reason. I didnt even know this was the case before I called to make an appointment and no one told me before I went to pay. This one lady had an appointment and then you spoke about her failed marriage so openly amongst yourselves after she left. Dont lie because you are ashamed of yourself and your behaviour. I am only telling the truth. I am not a liar and wouldnt waste all of this time if I was lying. If anything, your response is a lie to make yourselves look friendly. You are anything but. I have a nice lady who does my nails now and I am entitled to an opinion.
Have had gel nails done here a number of times. The ladies are all lovely and welcoming. Always happy with my nails and will keep returning!
