I attended this salon for cluster lashes and unfortunately it was a great experience as the lashes weren't done correctly, we had a misunderstanding and the salon gave me a full refund and apologised. I have been for other treatments and it was fine so I'm sure it was a once off. Very understanding.
Had french tip gel nails on Wednesday they lasted 3 days by Sunday they had all peeled away I always have this type of manicure and it's always lasted 3 weeks although it's the first time I've been to navara .I did ring on Sunday to complain but the lady I spoke to never apologised her reply was is it I did arrange to get them rectified but on reflection this should of not happened in the first place so there for I will not be going back .
Very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions about the products if you not sure
