Me and my family always enjoy coming here, the staff are always so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We enjoy our meal every time we have been and my kids love it. Its a relaxed atmosphere and the work they do for charity is awesome. Great work Castello!

Popped in this week for hot chocolate. Good service and tepid chocolate arrived. Two people, whom we thought were staff, kept giving the young waitress serving us filthy looks. The young waitress was lovely, took the chocolates away and brought them back hot as requested. Unpleasant atmosphere in this venue and I won't be a returning customer again.
Had a brilliant lunch here on a Sunday before Christmas. Staff were great, as was the food and drinks. As 4 adults with two two-year-olds and a set of baby twins, there was plenty of room for buggies and even a craft table for the busy toddlers. Lovely relaxed environment and dog friendly too! Id definitely return if in the area again and would try their sister restaurants.
