Please can a say thank You to the new manager and the staff that were working xmas eve. The friendliness and effort that everyone one went to was very impressive!!! I walked out with my new tablet and a big smile, feeling happy .(Old manager was got rid of and you could see that staff were more relaxed, which showed.......)"Very unhelpful!!!!!Went in and got asked WHAT DO YOU WANT! As I was looking to buy a tablet. Got told to move away, because she was trying but no luck closing a deal. She then walk out back, 5 mins later I walked out of the shop because I got left alone.I have MS and find it hard sitting in a warm shop and then left alone because because of her attitude. Unhelpful service and no care!!!!

Staff were unable to help me with what I wanted, but they tried hard. Any shop that makes me a cup of coffee gets my thumbs up. Shop is very clean and tidy. Wide range of handsets and tariffs are available. Easy access just outside Swansgate Centre.
