One of the few delivery offices that I've been to where the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful! A rare treat indeed!
Very nice polite staff. Always make you feel welcome. They are always smiling at least they smile and chat to me. Fast and good service always.

Sent parcel to the post office, dafties said it was delivered and it bloody wasn't. They went to the building later and said the staff found it and they have to collect it the next day. Nope, next day staff said it was delivered.A complaint was sent due to the service I have pretty much received due to me sending the thing, this service is disgusting and they're a bunch a of liars. I couldn't believe it.
Keep having to tell the ever changing postmen where to leave parcel too big for the letterbox. They don't. So you have to trudge out to the depot where they have fitted a barrier so you cannot drive through to the visitors or the disabled parking spot.Not very well though out at all - though the staff in the office are always helpful and amiable. Just a "decision from on high" to make it almost impossible for people with mobility issues to get their parcels.
