Thank you very much for accommodating us on your factory tour recently. We all had such a great time and found the whole visit really interesting. Although we couldn't see everything actually in motion, we still felt we were given a marvellous insight into the working of the factory and the stage by stage production of incredibly high quality footwear.Thank you for your warm welcome, the brilliant tour and the care and attention afterwards in the shop. Bought some boots. One side had more eyelet holes than the other so sent an email and got no reply so emailed again and still nothing. I shall not be buying these boots again.
NPS were making custom boots for me as a designer. It took forever to hear back from them and they kept pricing up the cost of samples. After several tries the samples still did not meet spec. and they got simple things like the colour I'd asked for in my emails wrong. Waste of my time and money!!!
