Lovely food good service
I have known the Akash for over 30 years and the food has been consistently good that is until todayIt was so disgracefully bad that I was driven to phone them as I suspected the business had been sold.The good news is that it hasnt been sold but the chef is on vacation and wont be back for 4 weeksFor those of us that love the Akash I would suggest steer clear until March seriously it was disgusting My only credit is for the staff who have always been curteous and helpful and pleasingly the staff have not changedIll now go and have some cheese and biscuits and I suggest we all do the same until March

The food is by far the best in Welly, its clean, non oily, exactly how Indian food should be! Incredible value for money, knocks everyone else into a cocked hat!! The owner has such impeccable manners too! Knows how to treat everyone, deserves to be successful !! Love the food!
