All the staff are so lovely. Really professional. However Micheal is such a gentleman and really knows his stuff. He was great with the buying and selling of our properties and was always on hand with any quieries we had. Its been a long time since we could really trust an estate agent having had some awful experiences over the years but would trust these with all aspects of our selling / buying and lettings. You cant afford to go anywhere else.
Michael oversaw the sale of my property from start to finish, and despite problems posed by potential buyers, he was excellent throughout. The whole process took rather longer than hoped, but this was through no fault of his. At every step he kept me posted on what was happening, and despite my concerns on several occasions; he was quick to address them or help to overcome them. He was readily on-hand and couldnt do enough to help, which during this process, was hugely appreciated. Thank you Michael, youre a star!
Dealt with Delamere for over 4 years and always found them helpful. Staff are very good with Rob, Doug and Michael being particularly helpful during office hours and even during closed evening times. Used them both as my letting agents and sold property through them. Would recommend them to anyone.
