The man failed to clean our blocked drain. He ran over the half hour by 5 minutes and so charged us double. He said it's the way it works and billed us 170 for not doing the job. It wouldn't have been so irritating if he'd charged us the 85 quoted, apologized for not being able to clear the drain, and left. I think in future, I will book a nationwide company. Stay clear (no pun intended) from this company.
