Went to collect my anti invisible pills but stood waiting for over 5 minutes at the pharmacy counter 4 of the staff looked but no one spoke terrible customer service
One person on the till. Huge queue. Cashier was pressing bell 3 times but no one came. Other customers were complaining and walking out. Shame

Staff are helpful and friendly. Shop is clean and tidy. Centrally located in Wellingborough.
Large roomy Boots branch. Pharmacy service is usually quite fast. There is a private consultation room, a shame other shoppers can see you when you are in there. Opticians in store as well. Large range of health and beauty products. Tills are normally adequately staffed. Can be quite a wait at the OTC pharmacy counter though.
