I have made a few visits to this particular branch of Toolstation, partly because it's nearest to where I live but mostly because they are such a great team. I called in on Monday to pick up a few items, I was served by Hayley who was really freindly and polite, very prompt to interact as soon as I walked in, and super patient while I fussed about deciding what I wanted. She was really helpful, helping me find the items I wanted from the catalogue even though I was stood at a serving till, and keep to offer suggestions and alternatives. I went back today, two days later for a couple more items, and was served by Hannah. She was quick to greet me with a smile as I walked in and much like her colleagues keen to help me find the things I wanted and advise on alternative purchases. Every time I visit this branch, I come away having had a positive experience. The stuff they sell is good quality and keenly priced, it's usually in stock (you can check this from your armchair) and their returns policy is very hassle free. Great selection, good search tools and of course very helpful staff if you need some assistance. Thanks guys. :)
