Told me a price, that has increased and has taken 4 months longer than expected. I should have gone elsewhere and friends warned me of this company!! A BAD COMPANY WITH A BAD NAME IN NORTHAMPTON.
Where to begin? After several weeks of putting back the start of the installation, Premier finally started on our bathroom. There was no ownership of the project, just a series of individuals doing their work with no idea how it fitted together. Poor scheduling meant that plinth lights couldnt be fitted, as the floorer came before the electrician. By the time they left, the flooring was unfinished, and they had fitted a wholly unsuitable sink tap. The tap they sold us was fitted so far away from the sink, that when we wash our hands, water pours over the side. We asked for a more suitable tap to be fitted, but Premier refused, saying we would be charged if we wanted a change. I have sent around twenty emails to ask for things to be fixed, but have received nothing but automated responses. Not once have the company replied, other than the occasional someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Which they never have. I have emailed the customer services manager no reply. I have emailed the Managing Director no reply. I will now write to the Consumer Protection Association. No ownership, truly awful customer service and zero communication. We spent a lot of money on this bathroom and Premier appear completely content to leave yet another customer unhappy and with an unfinished product. It seems from other comments I am not alone in being badly let down by this company. If you still decide to go with them, dont say you werent warned.
Really pleased with designer/sales managers approach and design - however the follow up and after sales service is hopeless.Old kitchen taken out 1st August - new one not usable until 3 weeks later (and its only a small kitchen !) - even then there were bits missing, wrong doors etc. So its now 2 months further on and its still not finished - feel sorry for the customer care department - they have no authority and very little information - the only thing they can do is apologise - constantly - lets hope senior management/owners see some of these reviews and do something about the service - I would advise negotiating to retain c10% until they finish as there seems no interest in finishing a job.
- Weve built a lovely big extension in our house, im a tradesman, ive done it all myself from digging it out to Plastering and decorating, my wife wanted a certain style kitchen to finish off our project, she was supposed to call Howdens but accidentally rang Premier kitchens and bedrooms, she ended up getting a design done by them anyway and the salesman was very professional, after comparing other quotes we decided to go with Premier, that is where the bad experience starts, initial design didnt add up, he scaled incorrectly off the plans, the surveyor changed most of the plan to supposedly fit, they then take full payment before delivery which was over 16000! We had to provide men to lift the kitchen in, which was 2 hours late! On delivery 1/2 the kitchen was missing, 4 weeks of stress for my wife and hundreds of phone calls and emails later we still havent recieved all the doors for our island, we have paid for a corner unit to be built and dismantled twice as they are so incompetent they keep sending the wrong one, were now waiting for no 3, they have sent a 400bin unit to fit a 600 door and it wobbles all over the place, they say we have to pay extra for the correct one even though they designed it!!! Handles were wrong, weve had to pay for extra support on our quartz island, not mentioned in quote, I could go on, useless customer services, no one takes responsibility, if we had a pound for each apology wed be rich, absolute joke of a company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR KITCHEN, ALL STYLE NO SUBSTANCE. Very, very disappointed.
Extremely delighted with my kitchen. It looks sublime. Completely future proofed. After a bit of communication back and forth everything fitted with pin point accuracy. Simple modern elegant. Greatly happy for some things custom built by premier. Being assertive in a nice way got me what I wanted but the end result is a beautiful kitchen to look at and user friendly everyday.
