They are a bit expensive
Friendly helpful advice from Maria, excellent customer service, went over and above to answer our questions. Knowledgeable and polite, she spent a lot of time with us advising on natural materials etc. We spent time testing out the mattresses that we were interested in. Bought without hesitation as we had already had a similar model purchased from Dreams 5 years ago. Although costly (1,400) you get what you pay for. Mattress has 4,300 tiny pocket springs with a damask pillow top - was also discounted slightly. Amazing comfort. Would recommend 5 *customer service.
Spot on service, great if you are looking for a bed (otherwise its rubbish!)
