i bought cctv camera on the word of customer service that it would be delivered the next day , two days later still waiting , i only live 10 miles from the warehouse , was told that i could not pay over the phone , for a relative to collect it for me, it had to be paid through E Bay .not happy .

I'm going to give these guys a 5* - I ordered from them on eBay but didn't get an eBay despatch email and then came across these poor reviews. I needn't have worried, next was a dpd despatch confirmation and my kettle arrived as promised, on time & efficiently delivered by DPD. TLX might not offer fluffy service, but they are selling high end goods at very competitive prices. Well done & thank you.

My son was bed bound due to an operation and was relying on his ps4 for entertainment. I bought him one with a 12 month guarantee unfortunately it was broken ps4, the company couldn't repair my item, refused an exchange, and failed to refund my money TWICE, Finally got refund after 4 calls, because of there failure to refund I missed Curry's ps4 offer leaving me 40 out of pocket. Their customer services manager's response "what do you want us to do about it you got your money back!!" "call trading standards they will explain why we don't have to give you out of pocket expenses, I know the refund didn't go through twice but you have your money back now, that is all we do"..NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
