Hopeless. No upcoming appointments available, have to ring at 8am for appointment. Then ring at 8am, stay on phone for up to an hour to find there are no appointments and to ring back tomorrow.
Waited 90 mins on hold to be connected to the operator. No reply. Had to end the call. Extremely disappointed... still waiting for my call to be answered
It's shocking that you have to phone for an appointment in the morning at 8am. Which means if you need to drop off the kids at school you have had it. Try to ring after the school run, no appointments available. Try to book in advance you are given an appointment in 2 weeks time. Please arrange for a better appointment system.This is not working out for other people.
