If I could give 10 stars I would rather than just 5. I called safety solutions on Wed 27/9/17 regarding a particular safety boot for my daughter as no one ( including the manufacturer) had her size in stock. Susan ( the lady I was speaking to) said hold on while I go and check the stock in the stock room, this is my kind of excellent customer service, not by relying on figures on a computer screen, but actually visually checking the physical stock, the good old fashioned way. I couldnt believe it when she came back to me and said they had them in stock so I paid for them and received them yesterday morning. I was incredibly impressed on the excellent level of customer service and would love to see Susan rewarded in some way for this. I hope your company does something like employee of the month because Susan certainly deserves it. Thank you again and my daughter loves the boots and they fit perfectly.
