I have been using Complete Autocare for 4 years now, following a recommendation from a friend of mine who takes his car there.Roy and Michelle are very friendly, reliable, trustworthy and easy to deal with.If you book your car in advance then they will provide a free Courtesy Car for you, if you ask.They only complete work to your car that needs it, and dont try and attempt to charge you for work that actually doesnt need doing or replace parts that dont need replacing, which I find some of the bigger dealerships try and do.They are competitively priced compared to other garages I have used in the past.I will continue to use Complete Autocare.
Used this garage past two years in a row for MOT & service - really friendly, give you a free courtesy car, no hassle booking and very very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, I shall certainly use them again.
Got us through our MOT but just under 1 month later had problems with car door handle. Passed every year for 3 years without other garages having problems opening the door but was obviously a problem for Complete. Anyway the MOT passed with what was put on a "temporary fix" to the door handle. Not even a month later the door handle is sticking all the time and cannot close my car door or even lock it if i use the inside handle, outside is fine, so as far as I see it from a working handle with a few issues to a 60 temporary fix which is now useless and not working at all. The handle is in a worst way then when I took it there and 60 out of pocket. Called them up and now apparently will cost even more money then the 550 I had to pay to pass it, but I did expect to pay quite a bit out so not really too bothered about the cost. I called my old garage in Rugby who have agreed to fix the issue for just 35 so I am happy again. Still makes me feel a little annoyed with the cost of a temp fix for less than a month. Can honestly say this has ruined my experience being new to the area and expected a little more compassion.
