Wow Simply awesome service
There are companies which provide good customer service and then are those rare ones that go that extra mile. Theyre the companies that set themsrlves apart because they really deliver when things go wrong. Bella Barista is one of them. I ordered an espresso machine which got delayed as the stock was imported before Christmas, no blame attached to Bella Barusta as this part was out of their hands.. it looked at one stage as though it might be doubtful for Christmas delivery but Claudette didnt give up because her customers always come first and shell strive to do all she can for them. Suffice to say she constantly chased up her suppliers and when she got stock eventually, made sure my machine was shipped out for next day delivery. Its now sitting pretty in the corner of my kitchen. If only it knew of all the hard work Bella Barista had done in getting there. Mike BrennenCarlisle
